Plans are tied to account size for leveraged day-trading only. Spot accumulation and BTC swing work at any balance. If your equity outgrows your tier, we'll prompt an upgrade — until then day-trading is capped to your plan's band and your bot keeps running, never switched off.

Tarvis holds a trade-only key — a Hyperliquid trade-only key (or an exchange API key limited to trading). It can place and cancel orders on your account, but it can never withdraw or move your money — withdrawals require your own wallet, which we never hold. Your money stays in your account and we have no withdrawal rights. Technically none, ever.
