Do you ever hold my money?

No. Your money stays on your own account. Tarvis holds only a trade-only key, which can place and cancel orders and can never withdraw.

Can I lose money?

Yes. This is real trading with real market risk, up to the loss of the whole deposit. See Safety and risks.

What happens to my money if Tarvis goes down?

It stays on your Hyperliquid account. You can sign in there, close positions and withdraw without us.

What is the minimum account size?

$100 per connected account, for every strategy. Hyperliquid refuses orders under $10, so on a smaller account each entry would be a tenth of your capital or more.

Can I withdraw at any time?

Yes, on Hyperliquid, at any moment. Stop the account or close positions first, because money backing open positions cannot be withdrawn.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Tarvis runs on our servers around the clock, even when your computer is off.

Can I try it without real money?

Yes. A paper account trades a simulated $10,000 on real prices with the same strategies.

Which exchanges can I connect?

Hyperliquid today. It is the cleanest fit, because its trade-only keys truly cannot withdraw. Other exchanges are not available to connect yet.

Why does Tarvis ask for my key?

To place orders on your account. Here is how to create one and what it can do.

How many accounts can I connect?

As many as you need. Each has its own style and risk settings, which is how you can run day trading and swing trading side by side.

Which strategy should I choose?

It depends on the fall you can sit through and how active you want to be. See How to choose.

Can I change a strategy's rules?

No. Entries and exits stay fixed, as they are what was tested. You control how much goes to work on the Risk page.

Why is nothing happening?

Every strategy waits for its setup, and some wait a long time: Manta and Accum are quiet most days, Hagfish stands aside in an alt bull market. Check that the account is started and that no mode is restricting it. The assistant can tell you what the engine saw.

Why do my results differ from the backtest?

Backtests are hypothetical. Your start date, your size, real fills, fees and funding all differ. See Backtest.

Can I close a trade by hand?

On Trader and above, yes. Use Positions.

What is the difference between Investor and Trader?

Investor covers spot accumulation and BTC swing. Trader adds leveraged day trading, the AI assistant and manual override. See Plans.

What happens if my account grows past my plan?

You are asked to upgrade. Until then, day trading keeps running and sizes to what your plan covers. It is never switched off.

Can I pay with crypto?

Yes: USDT or USDC, for a month or a year, on every plan. See How to pay.

Is there a free trial?

Investor and Trader have 14 days free when started with a card. It is one per person.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling never touches your money. Tarvis simply stops acting on new signals.

we can trade, never withdraw

Tarvis provides software tools that execute strategies you select and configure on your own exchange account via a trade-only key. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and Tarvis does not take custody of, manage, or exercise discretion over your money — you make all trading and allocation decisions and can stop the platform at any time. Trading crypto assets and derivatives involves substantial risk, including the total loss of capital; no strategy is guaranteed and past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Tarvis is not available where prohibited by law, and you are solely responsible for determining your eligibility to use it and any exchange in your jurisdiction.
